What happens when I purchase a game?
After you complete the purchase and your payment clears you will be emailed a key and a personalized download link that you can use to immediately download, install, and play the game.
What happens if I lose my key and/or installer?
Digital goods purchased on the Zachtronics Industries Store are locked to the email address you used to purchase them. By using the "Resend Keys" page you can recover your keys and personalized download links for all purchased products.
What kind of payments do you accept?
While credit cards and PayPal accounts are the easiest, the Zachtronics Industries Store accepts any form of payment that PayPal accepts.
Is it possible to buy someone a game as a gift?
At this time products may only be registered and/or sent to the email address and/or physical address used when checking out on PayPal.
How long is my download available?
Your personalized download link will be available "forever", where "forever" is defined as until the Zachtronics Industries store ceases operation. In the event that this happens, public links to game installers will be made available for as long as possible. If you're particularly concerned, be sure to keep backups of your installers!
How many times can I download a game?
You may download a game ten (10) times. This counter is reset whenever an update for the game is released, and can additionally be reset by emailing store@zachtronicsindustries.com and asking nicely.
Do I have to buy a game once for each platform I want to play it on?
No. After purchasing a game on the Zachtronics Industries store, you are free to download and use versions for every platform available on the Zachtronics Industries store. Games not available on the Zachtronics Industries store, such as games for Apple iOS, are not included.
